Lights operating properly. Battery tests good with 344 cold cranking amps, is rated at 470. Cabin and engine air filters look good. Fluid levels full. Belt and hoses in good condition. Front brakes appear to have 8mm remaining and rears 5mm. Steering, suspension, exhaust, and CV axles are intact. Reset service reminder. .
Rotated tires and torqued wheels to spec. Tread remaining is 6/32, pressure set to 33psi. .

Front brake pads have quite a bit of material left but the inner rotors have a rust ring where the pads should contact. Rear brake pads are down to 1.5mm remaining. Recommend replacing front and rear brake pads with rotors. Ok'd to proceed. After repairs we test drove the vehicle – brakes are operating properly an no noises heard. .
Installed new front brake pads and rotors. Cleaned and lubricated caliper slides. .
Installed new rear brake pads and rotors. Cleaned and lubricated caliper slides. .
Test drove and verified a banging noise. Hoisted vehicle for inspection. Steering and suspension components are all tight. Inspecting the exhaust we found an exhaust shield broken off of a catalytic converter. We secured the shield and test drove the vehicle again – heard no further noises. .
Polished both headlight covers. .

Inspected the exhaust – no leaks found. Spoke with the owner who states the vehicle seems "loud" when driving. Test drove and verified owners concern. Hoisted for inspection. Both rear wheel bearings are worn out. Left front wheel bearing is starting to make noise but is tight. .
Drained and refilled transmission. Ran to operating temperature to ensure proper fill level. Test drove without incident. .

Entering the vehicle no warning lights were displayed. Hoisted the vehicle and checked the transmission fluid – is full and clean. Test drove and monitored transmission data – no issues noted with the transmission but did feel the vehicle "buck" several times. Test drove again while monitoring engine data – have a misfire on cylinder 1. Removed the spark plug for cylinder 1 – is in excellent condition and shows no sign of contamination. We reinstalled the spark plug and swapped the ignition coils between cylinders 1 and 2. Test drove again while monitoring engine data – no misfires detected. Unknown why the vehicle is no longer misfiring, if it resumes in the future we know it's ignition related. The original coil we marked with white paint. .

Entering the vehicle we noted no warning lights but the windshield has some chips. Lights are operating properly. Battery tests good with 707 cold cranking amps, is rated at 685. Air filter, belts, and hoses look good. Fluid levels full. Front tires have 7/32 tread remaining and rears 8/32, 35psi. No leaks noted. Front brakes appear to have 8mm remaining. Steering, suspension, and CV axles appear intact. .
Bent and installed new pipe. Welded seams and installed new hanger. .

Installed new center pipe with resonator. Resealed one flange but the other was too rusty – we cut it out and welded the pipe together. .
Right front tire camber appears to be off. Air filter is dirty. Transmission fluid is discolored. Both CV axle boots are starting to tear. Rear sway bar links and bushings are worn out. .

Right low beam headlight bulb was out – we replaced it. Battery tests good with 419 cold cranking amps, is rated at 500. No oil was showing on the dipstick prior to draining. Other fluid levels full. Air filter, belt, and hoses look good. Tires have 7/32 tread remaining, 40psi. Front brakes appear to have 9mm remaining. Steering, suspension, and exhaust appear intact. .
