    • We were not able to duplicate the owners concern. Verified that it has happened previously after sitting for at least 8 hours. We drained the brake booster of vacuum and tried to start the vehicle – had a rock hard pedal and vehicle would only crank over if we used both feet to push on the brake pedal. Unknown how brake booster is loosing vacuum but most common cause is the check valve in the vacuum line loosing its seal. Customer ok's replacing the vacuum line in hopes of correcting the concern. .
    • Installed new brake booster vacuum hose with check valve. .

    • We evacuated the air conditioning system and recharged the air conditioning system – was completely full. Scanned modules for codes – in history was a transmission code P0932 (line pressure sensor circuit). Performed a relearn procedure on the HVAC system. Testing vent temperatures we found the right side slightly warmer than the left. Inspected the recirculation mode door and found the gear broken and the actuator stiff. Testing the mode switch we found it stuck on "Auto", turning the knob has no effect on output. Recommend replacing the temperature control module and repairing the recirculation mode door before diagnosis continues. Ok'd to proceed After repairs all controls operate properly. .
    • Installed new HVAC control assembly. .
    • Installed and calibrated new door actuator. .
