- We evacuated the air conditioning system and recharged the air conditioning system – was completely full. Scanned modules for codes – in history was a transmission code P0932 (line pressure sensor circuit). Performed a relearn procedure on the HVAC system. Testing vent temperatures we found the right side slightly warmer than the left. Inspected the recirculation mode door and found the gear broken and the actuator stiff. Testing the mode switch we found it stuck on "Auto", turning the knob has no effect on output. Recommend replacing the temperature control module and repairing the recirculation mode door before diagnosis continues. Ok'd to proceed After repairs all controls operate properly. .
