- Verified customers concern. Hoisted for inspection. Appears vehicle made contact with something about half way between rear differential and the transfer case, marks go from the right to left side. Obvious damage is the rear driveshaft broken, right rear shock absorber and muffler dented, and the fuel tank scuffed. Those issues will have to be addressed before test driving the vehicle to see if any other issues arise. Ok'd to proceed. After repairs we test drove the vehicle without incident. .
- Installed new muffler. .
- Installed new drive shaft. .
- Replaced the fuel tank. Fuel pump was swollen and wouldn't come out of the old tank – broke while attempting. We reassembled with a new fuel tank. .
- Installed new rear shock absorbers. .
